We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another patient in need.
A cancellation is considered late if you:
- Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice
- Fail to attend without any prior notice (no-show)
- Arrive more than 15 minutes late without communication
Work commitments and traffic do not qualify for waiver. Please plan accordingly and set reminders.
